Returns & Refunds
We value each individual customer and strive to deliver personal, high-quality customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange your order for another product on our website of similar value free of charge.
Exchanges must be requested 30 days from the date of purchase. There will be a $15 fee on all exchanges and returns. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if more than 90% of the product is unused.
To validate an exchange, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide details of the issue along with the original sales receipt. Our friendly and experienced customer service team will be happy to help you pick an alternative product that best suits your needs.
Exchanges are limited to the original purchaser and only one per customer. If a product was purchased using a discount, we will provide the exchange based on the price you paid including the discount.
