Adverse reactions to food in animals and humans
This editorial opens a debate on the consequences for animal and human health following prolonged exposure to contaminants derived from intensive farming. In fact, we believe that a chronic intake of contaminated food can generate a general inflammatory state of animals and humans, thus laying the foundations for the onset of secondary infections and disorders of various kinds (eg behavioral).
